At Eleven16, we aim to create the perfect shopping experience for anyone looking to update their wardrobe with high quality classic & trendy pieces at a fraction of the retail price. We do this by selecting individual pieces from our consignors that will sell well & quickly for our shoppers. Please do not take it personally if an item you love does not make it to the floor, it simply means that it may not suit our clientele.
What Is the Process?
Make an appointment to drop off your items for consignment byemail: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 403-870-6889. Eleven16 screens all items prior to accepting them for consignment. You have the option of picking up the remaining items within 7 days of your drop off otherwise they will be donated.Your pieces will be on the floor for 3 months and can be marked down at anytime. After the 3 month duration, you are able to pick up the unsold items by request. Items left longer than 3 months may be donated. It is the consignors responsibility to contact us if you would like to have anything returned after 90 days.As a consignor, you receive a commission split based on the FINAL selling price of your items. You have the choice of taking 40% as a cash payout (can be used as store credit) OR 50% back as only store credit (cannot be taken as cash). Your commission structure must be decided at the time of consignment and cannot be changed once set.We love to receive mid to high end clothing, outerwear, handbags, shoes and accessories in very good to brand new condition.
